Iris Helfrich

2016 Marked a banner year for me with over $10 million in sales. This also marked the second consecutive year of 50 sales. She has actively represented buyers and sellers within the nine counties of Central Virginia and an additional 5 counties in the surrounding area. As a resident of this area since 1991, She has enjoyed traveling throughout the counties and exploring what each has to offer. An avid equestrian, she understands the special needs of horse owners and has assisted in many farm sales.

Over the past 14 years, she has become well acquainted with short sales and foreclosures assisting in over 300 distressed property transactions representing investors, financial institutions, and home buyers. Her sale representations include land, investment properties, golf course homes, waterfront properties, and estates. She enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect property for her clients and will not hesitate to travel outside the immediate area to find the property that best suits her client's needs.
