Jack Torres cannot be beat when it comes to professionalism, honesty, and going above and beyond to complete the sale of your home. I was living in another state when I listed my home and guest house for sale during the pandemic. The home had an offer for 50k above asking price in two days and the following inspection brought devastating news.

The inspector found a meth pipe on the property and after subsequent testing the results were .5 over the limit and remediation had to be performed. I cannot emphasize how hard Jack worked throughout this process securing outside contractors and keeping me focused on the eventual sale. He kept in constant contact with me and his response time was exceptional. This man advocated for me during some very complex issues and offers and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I've owned 11 homes in my lifetime and have never had a realtor of this caliber.
