Jackie was wonderful and amazing from the very beginning, and continues to be even after we've moved in. As first time home buyers, my partner and I were nervous about finding a real estate agent that we would be comfortable with, and there was an immediate comfort with Jackie. I felt like she understood our needs and desires perfectly and worked to help us find the right fit for us. On the day we put down our offer, she was closing on her own property, and she still went above and beyond by writing our offer letter while on the road! We will be recommending her to any of our friends or family that are looking to buy a home!

Working with Jackie was such a pleasant and overall great experience. From the beginning, she was very communicative and open with us about the house buying process. She took the time to set us up with an account that kept us apprised of all new houses in our restrictions that came on the market. When it came to seeing houses, she was also very helpful in alerting us to things that we might not have thought of initially and of course, was also very helpful during the final sale. Thank you so much Jackie! I can only recommend her strongly!

Jackie recently helped me and my husband buy our first house. She is so well organized and goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the right knowledge and tools to know what we are getting into. Not only is she a great realtor, but she is a fantastic person! You can tell that she genuinely cares about the people she is helping and she is so easy to talk to. Jackie Mihalchick, owner of Insight Realty, is much more than 'just a realtor.' She is truly interested in her clients, willing to get to know them & help in any way she can. She listens & uses her intuitive abilities, assisting her customer in many unseen & unobtrusive methods. She explains what she can do & does do in a very understandable meaningful way. She enjoys learning & taking on new challenges. Jackie will spend the time to thoroughly research the property she is working on, discovering similar places, fun facts, pricing realistically & competitively. She gladly will spend the time the client needs. Many times, incidents arise that affect the client, but not directly a business matter. Jackie will listen & when asked offer sound advice. All the personal conversation she has is held in strict confidence. She also voluntarily will 'jump in' to help her customer when the need arises even though it may exceed the 'normal' realtor 'job description.' She goes above & beyond. My experience was in selling a historic home. I believe she would be as accommodating when assisting a buyer. In a word, Jackie is awesome!

Jackie stands heads above your "good" not "average" realtor. Her professional skills leave nothing to be desired; she is on top of everything that comes on the market. Personally she seems to know exactly not only the specifics of what you want in a home but the feel you are looking for also. If you work with Jackie you are one of the lucky ones!
She never called me with listings just to get me to see homes if she thought it wouldn't meet my requirements. There was never any pressure to take a certain course and she had excellent referrals when I asked for them. Being a single person handling all of this on my own, I can't say how valuable this was to me.
We worked together for a year to find me just the right place and several times she helped me clarify the issues involved in owning a certain home so that I was able to more easily determine if it would be a good fit.

I highly recommend Jackie to help you find your next home. She is very professional, knowledgeable, intuitive, caring and will find you the perfect home. I had not looked for a home in many years when I decided to buy a "forever" home, and had no clue as to what to look for in a property. I wanted to live somewhere outside of Fort Collins and was on a very tight budget. Jackie showed me multiple homes, and steered me away from properties that would have cost me tons to repair. Every time we went out she taught me something new, and was a pleasure to work with. I did end up getting a great "forever" home in the country. Jackie also found me an incredible loan specialist who made sure I understood the financial aspects of home buying. Jackie looked out for me from beginning to end. I am very grateful she was my realtor.

Not only was she an incredible real estate agent, she was also an amazing negotiator, mediator and full blown mental/spiritual support during our home-buying and selling processes.
