A 5-Star Rating Is Only The Beginning. Jacque was far and away the most professional, knowledgeable, and organized realtor that has ever represented us in buying or selling a home. It was instantly apparent in our client relationship with Jacque that we didn't "feel like clients." Instead, we were treated like friends who were lucky enough to have a "pro" of Jacque's calibre in our extended family to help us. She is a terrific listener and cues in on the essential aspects of her client's needs, abilities, and aspirations. We had full confidence that we would be presented with real estate options worthy of our time and consideration, and that we would be supported in every step of the way. Excellent͏ Buyer's agent, will work with again!
Jacque has helped us buy land in Idaho twice and both times she has gone above and beyond what is expected for a buyer's agent. She assisted us throughout the entire process by being a trusted representative and walked us through every step through the process. Jacque stayed in contact with us throughout the entire time, which was important as we were over 2,000 miles away and had to communicate via cellphone and e-mail. I will be working with Jacque again and would recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with buying land or with buying a house, she will work hard for you!

Knowledge of a Tough Housing Market

The Boise housing market is tough. So much competition and rapid movement of inventory, it is not easy for a buy. It takes some time for the buyer to understand/grasp what is going on. Jacque takes that time required to educate her clients on exactly that (understanding the Boise market).

Over time we began to see clearly what was going on. Then with precise action and some intelligence we were able to find the perfect home for our family.

Jacque Neef Mayo assisted us in buying a wonderful home in the Boise/Meridian area during the worst of the Covid 19 pandemic - our offer was made end of April 2020. Jacque set out emailing us all the listings that fit the budget we proposed to her.

We went through all she sent (and there were lots of them) prior to going to Boise Area to find a home and make an offer. We sent Jacque a list of 10 homes, then drove up to see them the next day. When meeting her, 7 of the 10 were already pending, leaving only 3 of the original homes to check out. But she came prepared with an additional 10 to see, homes that we had not even seen while checking the MLS listings ourselves.

We chose one and made an offer only to discover in the HOA Documents that some restrictions were not compatible with us. So with Jacque’s help we were able to back out of that offer and begin a new search with little time left to find a home. Fortunately, Jacque’s email setup continued sending us listings which included the home we now own. But let me tell you – we had planned on returning home on Monday, thinking we would have to come back to view more homes.

Sunday afternoon, before the Monday when we would be heading back home, our house listing was emailed to us. We quickly contacted Jacque saying we wanted to see that home first thing Monday Morning before we had to leave. We will be forever grateful to Jacque for making sure we were there early Monday, it was the home for us, we made an offer and left for California wondering if our offer would be accepted or not.

Jacque kept reassuring us that she had talked with the builder and was sure they would accept our offer which also included them installing back yard landscaping which was Jacque’s recommendation. Late Tuesday Afternoon Jacque called and let us know they accepted and the rest is history! Jacque helped us so much and we now own, with her help a wonderful home in a wonderful community – Thank You Jacque!

Jacque was truly a Godsend! We were looking for a realtor, and had a couple potentials fall through. Literally, within the same hour of deciding not to go with another realtor, Jacque called us (we had requested info. from the company she works for). From that moment, she was so pleasant to work with. She was kind, professional, thorough, very knowledgeable, and really just a down to earth person. She made the experience of buying our first home, and moving from out of state, simple and enjoyable. Everything was done within a month, with hardly any effort on our part. Arriving to our new home was such a special day, and it was even sweeter because Jacque left us a welcome basket with a restaurant gift card, and various "welcome home" items.
