James Collis

Born and raised in WNY, I have a true love and passion for everything Buffalo - GO BILLS! Prior to residing in the Linwood District, I grew up in Alden with my parents & 3 sisters. During this time I always found myself drawn to the city and it's beautiful architecture, studying everything I could about these historic homes and their link to our cities past.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. I began my career in Mortgages. I always felt like something was amiss and I belonged on the other side of the transaction.
I love being able to meet new people and build meaningful relationships that last after their initial real estate needs have been met/satisfied. I pride myself on helping someone find their dream home and I believe that this is the apex of customer service satisfaction.
