We loved working with Jim! Jim was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. My favorite thing about Jim was the fact that he picked up on our nuances and our little favorite things and would call them out in each house. Jim was a delight to work with even in the hectic market of early 2022 and I always felt reassured after speaking with him. Unlike some agents, Jim’s work didn’t stop after we signed, Jim continues to reach out to check in on us and is always willing to provide a reference for a contractor, electrician, you name it! If & when we buy again in the area, we will definitely be working with Jim again!

Jim listed and sold a home for me in Longmont that was a bit of a challenge. With his help, I decided to rehab the home and list it after the work was completed. With a bit of investment, I was able to sell the home after having multiple offers for much more than I planned. I was thinking it would be stressful but Jim took care of things and we got it sold for a nice return!

Jim is amazing - knowledgeable, patient, always kept us in the loop on the sale of our lot, ... He went the extra mile for us again and again to get our lot listed and sold. He came highly recommended from a friend in the area and he was great to work with, super responsive, all throughout the process. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

The amount of effort and time Jim put into walking us through the home buying process is unbelievable. He was extremely helpful with not only explaining the buying process but also making sure all our questions were answered before moving forward. We weren’t easy clients, we were unsure which area we wanted to live in so we toured countless properties in many areas to get a feel of what would fit our lifestyle. Once we were under contract, Jim helped us get through a condo HOA hurdle when most people would have given up. Without his amazing teamwork with the lender, the listing agent, and even the sellers, there would be no way we would have closed on the home. Would definitely recommend Jim to anyone! 5 out of 5 stars!

I have bought and sold many houses over the years but working with Jim I realize how easy all those other sales should have been. From the first call to Jim I knew I was speaking to the right person for the job. Jim was willing to take my call at any time of the day or night and answer any questions I might have. I know that myself being out of state was a bit of a challenge for him but he made it all happen with out a glitch.

I appreciate the assistance and guidance Jim provided for the purchase of my home. Buying a home is stress-inducing as it is but going through the process online is even more so! The process took place almost entirely online from out of state and Jim was always responsive, patient, and professional. I also appreciate his negotiating skills and felt I had the best advocate on my side. I highly recommend Jim as a buyer's agent.

Jim was so great to work with! He was very reliable and responsive to all of our questions. As first time home-buyers we so appreciated how knowledgeable and transparent he was about the home-buying process and we were always very impressed with his attention to detail. We started looking for a home in a competitive and intimidating market, but Jim always worked around our budget and helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on the perfect home for us! Although searching for a home can be a stressful process, we felt comfortable and more confident with Jim working on our side.
