Jamison is one of the best realtors our family has ever worked with. We are no strangers to real estate deals. He just sold my 93 year old Mom’s house for 75k more than his competition thought it was worth. My parents have completed roughly 3 dozen real estate deals. This was one of the best transactions. Jamison found our son his 1st starter house was very patient and stayed at it till he found a great place and got it under asking. This was also a smooth transaction. In addition he helped our daughter and son in law sell their existing home for way over asking and purchase their new home under asking. James is absolutely amazing! He worked with us for many months on an out of state move. He was sincere in truly wanting us to find our dream home and was patient until we did. He was honest and when he didn’t know the answer to something he simply found it out! We never felt rushed, pressured, and in the end he truly felt like a part of our family. It is very special when someone really enjoys what they do! It changes the feeling of an entire experience! We always felt he had our back, which is so important when out of state during a transaction. We can not recommend him enough!!!!

Jamison did an incredible job of finding and securing an accepted offer on our dream mountain view home on 5 acres in Douglas County. Jamison is the best realtor I know! He is patient, kind, understanding, prompt, punctual, knowledgable, and just plain awesome! He PROACTIVELY communicates and anticipates questions before they are even asked. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him for a dual transaction - sale of our current home, with a purchase of a new home. Through his guidance, we were able to purchase a home under the list price, and sell ours for WELL ABOVE asking. Highly recommend!
