A mother of three grown children, Jane has lived with her husband and children in both Denver Historic Districts as well as the Tech Center suburbs. Jane knows Denver’s finest neighborhoods such as Denver’s classic in town enclaves, charming Littleton and Centennial, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village and picturesque areas in Douglas County like the Castle Pines and Parker communities. Jane takes the time to ensure her clients are well informed about their future neighborhood and can share first-hand knowledge about public or private school systems in the area. As a mother of three athletes, who were involved in a variety of sports and activities, she is an invaluable resource to her clients about area youth sports and dance and cultural outlets. Originally trained in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Colorado, Jane uses her ability to collect and report to her clients’ area news and community information, which keep them current on trends and issues that may affect their real estate decisions. Jane’s exceptional presentation and marketing skills, with Sotheby’s incredible branding presence, ensure that her client’s homes are introduced to the market in a way that is second to none. Jane has been consistently recognized as a Million Dollar Roundtable Top Producer with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and has received repeat accolades as a repeat Recipient of the Five Star Service Award Broker and 5280 Magazine Top Producing Broker in Denver. Additional awards and notable accomplishments include: 2021 Top Tier LIV Sotheby’s Team; 2014 Top Ten Team in Denver; 2000 Fuller Towne and Country Properties Rookie of the Year Award and was featured on Tom Brokaw’s Nightly News in an interview about the Denver market.

Business designations and continuing education are paramount to her as such, Jane holds the GRI Designation, a professional designation held only by a select group of real estate agents. She has also been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Jane also holds a CRS Designation (Council of Residential Specialists), which recognizes Brokers who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in residential real estate.

Jane and her business partner and daughter, Beckett Brennan now work as a dynamic mother/daughter team for even greater impact. The Brennan Group has reached new heights in real estate and is considered one of the top tier teams in Denver residential real estate.

In her leisure time, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband, Barry and her family and new granddaughter. She especially enjoys traveling, gardening, taking walks with her yellow lab and re-discovering Denver and all that it has to offer.
