Jane Castillo

Jane Castillo is a full-service REALTOR® for Keller Williams – L.A. Harbor. Buying and remodeling her first home with her husband ignited Jane’s passion for real estate. Jane Castillo came to real estate from the art world and the field of education. Applying artistic vision to her own properties has resulted in a vast array of experience in restoration of historic properties for the National Register of Historic Places, the renovation process, vacation rentals, and of course buying and selling properties. Her work transforming spaces sharpened her eye for seeing a home's potential and enabled her to find creative solutions for each client’s needs.

Jane is committed to the philosophy of “quality, not quantity,” treating each transaction with care. She takes on a project only when she can give it the full measure of her attention. She works closely with her clients to identify the best options to streamline their search process. With a background in teaching, Jane possesses a keen ability to guide, listen, and respond to client needs in English or Spanish.

As a Los Angeles native, she is well acquainted with its geography, neighborhoods, and resources.

You may see her make appearances on TV and in independent films occasionally!

She holds various special designations, including Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, First-Time Homebuyer Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and New Home Specialist, and she is continually adding to her list.

She enjoys serving the community in various capacities.

Jane holds a BA in Art Education from the California State University at Fullerton and an MFA in Sculpture from Claremont Graduate University.
