Jason and his team were top-notch. His staff kept me well informed of steps along the way. Jason has the muscle to provide extensive pre-marketing, professional consultants such as stagers and photographers, and by the time my listing went active, I had many bookings. When we ended up with multiple offers, his experience negotiating the best outcome for me was where he shined, in my opinion. He knew exactly where to pitch the asking price and I believe this resulted in multiple bids on my home that brought in results above my expectations. I highly recommend jason if you are looking for a listing agent who will be direct with you (no fluff) and offer you the best possible outcome no matter what the market is like.
