Jay Coles has been selling real estate since 1993 and quickly rose in the sales ranks to the level of the Platinum award winner. This is the highest sales level at Realty USA. His sales have grown to an average of over 100 transactions per year. As Jay’s business developed over the years, he has assembled a team of highly skilled Realtors who work exclusively as part of Jay Coles Team.


As team leader, Jay works on the promotion of our listings through a variety of
creative internet sites, print media and direct mail campaigns.

Jay has received a number of advanced real estate designations such as:

GRI - Graduate of Realtor’s Institute and
CBR - Certified Buyer Representative.

Jay personally invests in real estate in Western New York and manages
his portfolio of residential and commercial income properties.

Jay resides in Orchard Park with his wife Renee and their two children.
