A Midwest native, he brings a strong work ethic with almost 20 years of multi-faceted finance and real estate related experience to clients. His professional background spans from assisting clients with multifamily real estate investment acquisitions & dispositions, high-level sales of due diligence real estate information in the home building industry, to analyzing structured financing alternatives for residential real estate acquisitions and refinances. He holds a Finance & Real Estate degree from Colorado State University and has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. An active multi-family real estate investor himself, Jay has a good feel for determining upside potential present in property. When not working, he enjoys leisure time with family & friends, golfing, biking, hiking and skiing the world-class peaks of Colorado!
