Jean & Rick Oliphant

Jean grew up in a small town in Iowa, where a strong work ethic prevails and helping your neighbor was the Saturday morning routine. She found those same values in Denver’s urban neighborhoods when she moved here and she still loves living here. She and her husband Rick (a Colorado native) live in a Denver Square that they converted back to a single-family residence from three apartments. Rick is also an agent and their ability to work as a team is a huge benefit to their clients. Jean and Rick are deeply committed to representing each of their clients with integrity and honesty while working hard to promote their best interest. When we're not real-estating, you can find us running, golfing, swimming, hiking, reading, bbqing, attending Broncos games or trying out a new restaurant.
