Jeff is a wonderful realtor. I moved to Colorado in February and needed to find a home quickly because I was staying with my brother. We looked at houses every day and put in multiple offers. Jeff actively asked me questions about what I did and didn’t like about each house and honed in on a house that met as many of my criteria as my budget would allow. He constantly searched the listings and got me scheduled in houses quickly. Many on the day they came on the market. I actually purchased a home in my target neighborhood! He answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions about homes and home construction in Colorado because I came from Ohio. He also provided me with information about each neighborhood and the amenities as we looked at homes. Jeff provided honest & straightforward answers about what amount to offer on a home and why.
