These guys were amazing! They worked day and night and even late on weekend nights to help my wife and I look for a home. They were right by our side during the entire process. We were first time home buyers and they took the time to explain everything and made sure understood everything that was going on. They worked closely with the mortgage lender to make sure we got the rate we wanted, also helped with negotiations to get house at the price we wanted. These guys were nothing short of an amazing team and we can’t say enough about them. Highly recommended!!

From start to finish my wife and I felt extremely comfortable and confident that Jeff Wills and his entire team had our best interest in mind. Do Work definitely went above and beyond during our selling process. We were kept up to date on every aspect of the sell to include timelines, appointments, professional cleaning, staging, photography, and open houses. We always new who was going to be at our home and their purpose. We found this extremely reassuring knowing who, what, why, and when. Due to the marketing expertise and attention to detail of this team we ended up selling our home well over asking price and closing was streamlined and took my wife and I maybe 20 minutes to complete. Jeff was very quick about getting compareables together to see what our home was worth. He didn't push us at all until we decided that we were ready. At that point his team hit the ground running, our brochures were beautifully done and we had buyers immediately. The team was great at walking us through every detail, if we ever had questions that were texted to him he got back to us ASAP. They were great at showing us houses that we were interested in. I have used Do Work Realty for my last two home purchases. They have a deep knowledge of the area, which helps, as well as a very active presence in the Real Estate community in SW Idaho - that sets them apart from the crowd of other agents in the area. In this last go around, there were some bumps in the process - some frustrating - but it all worked out. That was largely because Jeff and Amanda were both so personally invested in ensuring that my family was taken care of. They leveraged their personal networks, took calls after hours, and were even flexible when it didn't benefit them - all to make it right for the customer. I appreciate Do Work and the work that they have done on my behalf ;)

Had a wonderful experience as first-time home buyers with Jeff and his team. Candice is a phenomenal realtor and it showed that she put a ton of care and effort into getting to know us and our preferences. We came to them with some very specific criteria for our dream home and a rushed timeline, yet only 6 days after meeting them we found ourselves in contract for pretty much the perfect home for us. Candice was right by our side every step of the way, coached us and answered ALL of our questions. Considering the current situation (covid-19) and having to do video conference for our closing, the overall experience of buying a house was understandably stressful but I would not choose another realtor team if we had to do it again!!! I gave you guys a five-star because 10 star wasn't available! Do work realty is, without a doubt, the realty team to choose when buying or selling a house. They listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted and put our needs first. It took 18 days to close on the house we were selling. They answered every question that we had (and I had a lot!)!! Words cannot express our appreciation of the entire team at Do Work Realty!!! Our home was on the market for more than a year with two previous realtors and a 100% failure rate! Ours was a very unique property which Jeff took the time to understand completely. After listing our property with Jeff and Jordan at Do Work Realty, we had an offer within two weeks! Without the knowledge and teamwork of these two, I am convinced that this home would not have sold. I also need to commend Garrett for being the one who helped us find our new home. We dragged him nearly three hours from Boise only to learn that there was a full price offer on the property we were looking at! The sellers were so impressed with his professionalism and rapid speed with our counter offer, they let the initial offer expire and accepted ours! The rest is history! We moved from out of state. Jeff, Julie and the team were so good (thorough, communicative, available, helpful) that we bought our home sight unseen and we love it. They did video walk throughs for us, staked out the neighborhood and even offered some tips for how to best market our previous house.

Beyond that, Jeff is very active in the real estate community: local groups, conferences, mentoring. That all translates into a level of skill, experience and investment that directly benefits his customers.
