About Jenn

Jenn Haeg and Heather Chaney have known each other for over 10 years, and as time went by, it became apparent that they had the perfect complementary skill sets to create a powerhouse

Jenn is a new construction specialist, land and lot expert, and self-proclaimed home trends junky. She puts all three to work for her new-build customers.

In 2011, Jenn became a Licensed Realtor in the State of Nebraska. Since then, she has sold more than 350 homes and built more than 100 new-construction homes.

On the new build side of her business, Jenn represents Woodland, Birchwood, Pine Crest Homes, and Richland Homes in Omaha and Lincoln communities. On the real estate side, Jenn is the a Team Lead with Heather Chaney at Homelife Realty Group — a small but mighty team of 9 Omaha-based real estate agents.

I cannot imagine working through the adventures of building a custom home during a pandemic and the supply chain delays without her by our side.
