Jennifer Cunningham

Jennifer Cunningham is our Director of Brokerage Operations. Jennifer is a Denton native and a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Science in General Business. Jennifer has had her real estate license for 19 years and you could say she’s seen it all. From leasing and property management, to now being an integral part in our commercial operations, Jennifer is well versed in most things real estate. While having worked in brokerage at the beginning of her career, she worked in lending for several years and learned the in’s and out’s of commercial financing. Jennifer keeps our commercial team doing what they do best, and that’s finding and brokering transactions. Her role at our company covers a little bit of everything including office operations, accounting, file management, and client relations. When not at work, Jennifer and her husband Cole enjoy spending time with their two sons, Brody and Cohen. They love traveling and hiking, and really anything that equates to quality time with boys.
