I can't say enough about the incredible work Ms. Jenn Irvin did as our real estate agent. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work.

From the start, Ms. Irvin took on responsibilities that were truly ours. She regularly drove by the property to ensure it wasn't vandalized, arranged for lawn care and carpet cleaning, and even personally helped clean the house. Her commitment to presenting the property in the best possible light was extraordinary and truly sets her apart.

Initially, based on my own research, I had settled on a low selling price. However, Ms. Irvin wasn't satisfied with that. She dug deeper, performed her own thorough market analysis, and came back with a much better, more realistic price. In the end, we sold the property for more than we had ever anticipated.

Ms. Irvin is not just a real estate agent; she's a tireless advocate for her clients. Her expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever it takes made a difficult process seamless and successful. We are truly grateful for all she has done.

Excellent professional agent who is down to earth, knowledgeable, patient and a great communicator. Jenn is a consummate professional agent. Her knowledge was extremely valuable to me during this transaction. She never dropped the ball once. Had excellent communication with both myself the seller, the buyer and everyone involved from government agencies to escrow. My home, which was not a traditional home, was not conveniently located in her area. Despite this she went there several times to list, stage, show and close the sell. She made everything easy for everyone. She has earned her excellent reputation through her consistent work ethic. Her honesty and integrity coupled with genuine humility is amazing to watch and be a part of. It is these qualities that have made her a top professional in her field of real estate. I would recommend her 1000%.

Selling a home from 2,000 miles away could have been a daunting experience - Jenn Irvin, however, made it an awesome one! Her market knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness are top notch. Prior to listing our property for sale Jenn did a thorough inspection of our home which uncovered several items that could have been an issue for us had they not been identified and addressed up front. Our California home needed new flooring, new carpeting, roof repair, new paint, new baseboards, etc, and Jenn coordinated all of this for us while we remained in Illinois! The end result was a newly renovated property that looked amazing and was move-in-ready. Jenn found a buyer for us at a very good price and the closing process went smoothly. We highly recommend Jenn for anyone looking for an outstanding broker!

Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend who said that she would work hard to help us find a home. What an understatement! There really are not enough words to describe how excellent and how hard Jennifer works. I have never had any person work any harder on our behalf than Jennifer. Not only did she work to provide us with numerous housing options, but more importantly, she worked even harder when we were navigating the emotional ups and downs of the entire process. There were times that we wondered why Jennifer kept working on our behalf, but she continued to be supportive and never, ever gave up on our behalf.
