FIVE STARS REALTOR. Jenn provided me absolute EXCEPTIONAL service! She took the time to explain every step of the process that I did not understand. I could tell that she loves her job and NOT just about making a sale. She made sure to always keep me in the loop and always communicated with me. I truly value and appreciate her professionalism. Outstanding professional. We sold by owner and Jenn was the buyers agent. From calling ahead of her & her clients viewing of the home, to making the offer, throughout the escrow process, close of escrow and following up afterwards to make sure we had everything we needed and that the money was received on our end, Jenn was amazing. Communicative, caring and professional. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Best agent ever. She was the best agent we have ever experienced. She had more market knowledge and procedural knowledge than any other agent. Extremely professional and had excellent communication with us for every step of the process. There was never a question she could not answer. Selling a home from 2,000 miles away could have been a daunting experience - Jenn Irvin, however, made it an awesome one! Her market knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness are top notch. Prior to listing our property for sale Jenn did a thorough inspection of our home which uncovered several items that could have been an issue for us had they not been identified and addressed up front. Our California home needed new flooring, new carpeting, roof repair, new paint, new baseboards, etc, and Jenn coordinated all of this for us while we remained in Illinois! The end result was a newly renovated property that looked amazing and was move-in-ready. Jenn found a buyer for us at a very good price and the closing process went smoothly. We highly recommend Jenn for anyone looking for an outstanding broker!

I highly recommend using Jenn Irvin as your agent. Our family hired her to manage the sale of a home held in our family trust located in Phelan, CA. Her expertise, energy, and knowledge of the market made the process easy. Not only did she handle the sale of the property, but she coordinated and managed the estate sale, repairs, inspections, and tours with such enthusiasm and kindness. We did not live locally, so it was critical to find an agent that we could trust to help limit the physical trips to and from the property. With Jenn, we always felt that we were in good hands and she treated the home as if it was her own. Jennifer is simply outstanding and without equal
Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend who said that she would work hard to help us find a home. What an understatement! There really are not enough words to describe how excellent and how hard Jennifer works. I have never had any person work any harder on our behalf than Jennifer. Not only did she work to provide us with numerous housing options, but more importantly, she worked even harder when we were navigating the emotional ups and downs of the entire process. There were times that we wondered why Jennifer kept working on our behalf, but she continued to be supportive and never, ever gave up on our behalf. She clearly took a personal interest in our wants and needs, helped tailor her search for homes that fit our situation. I sincerely appreciated her candor and recommendations that helped us find our perfect home. She was always available, she always responded quickly to our incessant questions, never tried to sell us something that we didn't need or want, and is clearly more knowledgeable than any other agent we have ever dealt with. Jen is great. She helps you find exactly what you are looking for when you are a buyer and tells you exactly what's going on when your a seller. Got me in contact with her lender to go over a few things and to see if I was ready to buy. It turned out I was much to my surprise. The day I was approved Jenn took me to look at my first house. Jenn has been wonderful to work with. My husband and I are very picky ... maybe even a tad difficult. We have an idea of what we want and Jenn has been working with us for months.
