A Northern California native, Jessie Barrett has lived in Manteca since 1985. Jessie Barrett has witnessed first-hand the evolution of Manteca from a sleepy farm town to a bustling and rapidly growing city. From the moment they moved here, they were attached to this community and Jessie Barrett can't imagine a better place to have raised her children.
