Jill Murphy

Kansas City has been home to Jill her whole life. Her parents and their siblings all raised their families here too. They are local. She is proud to call Lee's Summit home and have been working in Real Estate for about 20 years. Jill is licensed on both the Missouri and Kansas sides and know many of their local markets very well.

Jill has been lucky to work with buyers and sellers in many locations across the metro. From investors looking for homes to fix up and flip or rent, sellers looking to retire and sell their homes of 50+ years, new construction, first time homebuyers and people upsizing or downsizing.

90%+ of her business is past clients or referrals from friends or past clients. She tends to put her heart into each transaction and treat everyone how she would want her own family treated in a business transaction. Staying up with the market is important and there is a home for everyone in each price range.

When Jill is not working, you will more than likely see Jill and her husband at one of their kid’s soccer, baseball, volleyball, or robotics events. They also like attending ALL the locals’ sports teams games. She was born a Chiefs and Royals fan and continue to enjoy their games and following them each year!
