Jill was a god-send! As I live in California and was selling my father's home in Aurora, CO she literally became an extension to myself. Extremely responsive and proactive, Jill was always available to discuss ideas and plans. She also had all sorts of great resources to reach out to and at a moment's notice, someone was at the house measuring for new carpets or providing a quote for painting. Everything budget friendly while not comprising quality. Jill went above and beyond with her attentiveness to all the details to present the house in the best light to get the best price. I would recommend Jill in a heartbeat with glowing off-the-charts reviews. Do yourself a favor and hire her if she's available!

Jill and The Barrington Group Real Estate helped my sister and me sell our big sister's house after she passed late last year. It was a hard time us, both because of our loss and because we both live in California. Jill was sensitive to our loss, and did a tremendous job as the listing agent for the house. We received a great offer very early on, but the prospective buyer was requesting a very short escrow. Jill helped us navigate all of that, as well as an issue that came up when the house was inspected. She acted quickly and decisively to take care of the problem, and keep the close of escrow on track. She and her husband even brought my
sister and me dinner when we were in Denver to take care of our sister's possessions. Closing went without a hitch. Jill got a lot done in a short period of time, and she handled it all with professionalism and grace. She rocks!

Jill is great! She and her team at Barrington Group Real Estate assisted me last year in a difficult situation; selling my loved one's home remotely. I couldn't even come to the state due to COVID! Not only did Jill get several great offers for the home as soon as it was on the market, but she worked to get the house ready to sell! Carpet, inspection, repairs! Jill coordinated everything. The Barrington Group was wonderful to work with and Jill quickly became a friend. We were not only dealing with
