Joanne Cronin

Joanne Cagnetti Cronin is a native Daytonian and resident of Oakwood for the past 33 years. Joanne's husband and she have four daughters, age 27 through 18, all of whom attended Holy Angels School and Chaminade-Julienne Catholic High school. In addition to managing a busy household, they actively invested in residential real estate for the past 33 years, and own over a dozen properties, several of these are commercial. Following the sale of a successful business venture in 2008, with two of their children in college, the time was right for Joanne to obtain her license. In May 2009 Joanne joined a local company, Irongate Inc., Realtors. Despite the down market at that time, Joanne had much success and has continued to be rewarded as one of their Top 40 Peak Producers every year. In 2015 her sales were over 8.4 million dollars.
