Jocelyn Singh

Jocelyn has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 and is celebrating her 28th year anniversary in Real Estate sales. She has remained in the top 1% of sales in the community. She has listed and sold higher and lower-end homes, income properties, investor flip properties, planned unit developments, and vacation homes.

She is experienced with working with first-time homebuyers, families moving up or sizing down, investors, short sales, corporate relocation, and past clients. Jocelyn was a Real estate coach for over five years and was working for an Orange County-based coaching firm called: Success Strategies Institute. She helped agents learn how to be productive in Real Estate sales, life coaching, investing, and developing a business plan.

Jocelyn has been presented with the Coldwell Banker International President's Elite Award, #1 Listings Sold, #1 Production Units, and #1 Production Volume while employed at Coldwell Banker Vinson Chase, Realtor! Jocelyn was with Coldwell Banker for 13 years.

Jocelyn has enjoyed working for PMZ Real Estate and staying in the top 1% of real estate sales. Jocelyn just won back-to-back President’s Club Award and sold over $50,000,000.00 in sales in 2021.
