Jodi Deranja

With over 15 years experience in real estate, Jodi Deranja started her career assisting top producing real estate agents in Los Angeles. While obtaining her real estate license she graduated college with degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Over the years Jodi has been involved with every aspect of a real estate transaction from beginning to end, including marketing and listing presentations to delivering keys to happy home owners. Jodi's love of real estate and interior design combined with her creative twist on marketing has made her an excellent addition to Nourmand & Associates.

Jodi resides in Glendale with her husband, 3 kids, and their 2 dogs. She is a long time member of The Exchange LA and a big supporter of the Glendale Educational Foundation and the YWCA. She's a frequent visitor to her spin studio, hiking trails and the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club. As a connoisseur of Los Angeles cuisine Jodi can often be spotted at restaurants throughout the Los Angeles area and can always be relied upon for a great recommendation.
