Joe has been a terrific help in all aspect of our latest search for a home allowing us to down size into something smaller. He has also helped even though it has been 10 months since we completed the move. We recently asked him to find some information that required him to track down the previous owner of the house. He did it in a matter of hours that I was unable to find after several web searches. He has always been available whenever we needed help.
