Joe is my dad and he takes so much time and effort to find the best homes for fitting people. i’ve never met such a hard worker who enjoys his job as much as my dad. not only is he easy going but he’s incredibly easy to talk to like my friends like to say. everywhere we go he makes a new friend. he is also the most hilarious person ever. 10/10 dad and 10/10 agent (i’m the best assistant btw)

I can’t recommend Joe enough, he was a joy to work with! My husband and I were searching for our home in the Fort Collins area, and he went above and beyond. Joe has been a terrific help in all aspect of our latest search for a home allowing us to down size into something smaller. He has also helped even though it has been 10 months since we completed the move. We recently asked him to find some information that required him to track down the previous owner of the house. He did it in a matter of hours that I was unable to find after several web searches. He has always been available whenever we needed help.
