I'm now a first time homeowner thanks to the help, patience and diligence of Joey Zarrillo! From several offers to now owning a brand new home in the city I ultimately wanted to be - Joey made the process easy to understand. His knowledge is endless and I never doubted him. It was almost like working with an Uncle or a trusted family member! We even went to a few houses for viewing so he could educate me on what to look for and what red flags I might come across. Joey was a true advocate and fought for what was right the entire way through! The best part of working with Joey was that he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving good advice, and being a voice of reason vs. just "closing another deal". Not once did I feel like transaction for him and I couldn't recommend him enough!

We used Joey to purchase our house. He went above and beyond throughout the entire office even contacting the city regarding the road being backed up after a big rain and getting that situated prior to us moving in and prior to us even knowing. He went through after our final inspection and took care of a few additional things just to make sure that the house was ready for us! Great to work with and really helped make sure all the parties were in order for our final closing and making sure we closed on time!! Would recommend him 500%

I met Joey through the LS Chamber. I approached him in selling my commercial lot as well as my personal home. He immediately went above and beyond with both listings. He got on the roof to help clean out the gutters, shoveled snow on the walkways. He even brought in packages that were left outside while I was out of town. I highly recommend him as he truly has a passion for his profession and respects each listing as if it were his own personal home. Five stars aren't enough for him. He's a 10+.
