I’ve never met a realtor like John Clark. In fact, I’ve never met anyone like John. He’s extremely motivated both personally, and when it comes to business. Before I met John I had several realtors tell me what they thought the value of my house was. I had realtors tell me they would list my home and it would sell in 30 minutes and they wouldn’t even need to put a sign in my yard. John sold my house for $25,000.00 more than the other realtors, within hours of listing it on mls. He is extremely fast to respond, punctual, professional, witty, and so knowledgable about the real estate market. Prior to meeting John I have bought and sold over 10 properties on my own. I trusted John and he came through on everything he promised, and more. I will forever recommend John to anyone buying or selling. John Clark is an awesome realtor! He went so far above and beyond any realtor to help us sell our house. He was so open to give advice, provide names and contact for support services which did excellent jobs; he spent his own time to make the property look better for photos and for visitors; even took apart two beds that the new owners did not want and put them in the garage for scheduled disposals. He did more work in one day than the sum of previous realtors we have worked with. I wish we knew him in 2012 when we tried to sell my Mom’s house. Two realtors did virtually nothing to help us sell her house. We highly recommend John to be your real estate agent!

John is an absolutely incredible real estate agent! I would give 50 stars if I could. I needed to sell my home in Centerville Ohio and when I found John as my listing agent, I didn’t realize at the time that I had found one of the most special people I would ever meet, in business or otherwise. John is one of those people that you’ll never forget and will always go back to for an example of how to treat people.

I experienced repeated family loss and needed a great listing agent in Ohio to help me settle an estate while dealing with attorneys and the probate process. Seemingly, no professionals involved had any empathy or my best interests in mind, especially being from out of state.

Then I met John. John made selling my home in Ohio possible one step at a time, while always having patience and respect for me throughout the listing process.
