John Cole is a 4th generation native of San Luis Obispo County, and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1992 with a degree in Agribusiness.
He has been the General Manager of a multiple franchise new car dealership, and an independent accountant for Medical Offices, Commercial Real Estate developers, and several other independent businesses.
John’s previous experiences in developing commercial property, as well as real estate investing within a self-directed retirement account, lead him to become a licensed real estate agent.
John joined Richardson Sotheby's International in 2025
