Having participated in over 3000 transactions since 1972 provides an invaluable experience asset helping my clients win more often than not. Over the years I owned a Century 21 office (1976-1988) and an escrow company. My family was in title insurance for years. I created the first mobile, computerized comparable sales data system in the South Bay before the MLS had it with a client/friend of mine and also the first promotional sales video. I'm very involved in the community having coached youth sports for 25-years and also very involved in my church. My sports background fans a competitive fire I love to unleash on our competion to help you win. My experience helps me operate in all geographical areas with professional competence. I'm a proud dad of 3 and recently became a grandfather for he first time. Pretty cool. My services do not cost any more than almost all others....but with more experience than perhaps only a few.
