Johnny Chacon

Johnny is a driven individual whose main goal is to provide the best service to his clients with respect and integrity. He is a passionate and market-savvy professional who is devoted to helping clients develop their goals and personal financial plan using the three-point investment system. When working with new clients, Johnny takes the time to get to know his clients and assist them with analysis of their local market in order to maximize investment opportunities.

Johnny has always had a keen interest in Real Estate which is why he decided to major in the subject. He graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate in 2012. Upon graduation, he exerted himself in the property management world. He started his career as a leasing agent at a large multi-family complex in Lakewood California. Here he learned all the aspects and responsibilities of running a large complex of 190 plus units. Furthermore, Johnny learned the operations side of the business which helped him explore other opportunities. He then became eager to gain more knowledge and further his education with an emphasis on multifamily investing. After 4 ½ years he decided to undertake a more challenging position at a property management firm in Koreatown in Los Angeles. It was here that Johnny defined his profession as a portfolio manager of 34 buildings, including commercial and mix-used properties, across the LA county.

Johnny attributes his success to a combination of his intimate market knowledge, tireless work ethic, and persistent commitment to clients. Johnny became part of the Buckingham Investments team in 2015 as an Investment Consultant and provides top-notch service to both first-time investors and experienced multi-family owners as well.
