Jordan Amarant

Being a person of value, integrity, and commitment is Jordan's number one priority every day. He is an investment sales and leasing specialist, focusing on office, retail, and multifamily real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Through his work ethic and value-added client-based approach to commercial real estate, Jordan has been able to successfully broker over $200,000,000 in sales and leasing transaction volume. Jordan has worked in the representation of many high profile companies with national and regional presence. He understands that his success as a commercial real estate broker will only be as great as the value he can bring to his clients. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus, and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He currently holds a State of California Real Estate Broker License, is an active member of the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors®, and The Turlock Rotary Club. He volunteers as a coach for youth sports, serves in various capacities for local non profit companies and most recently served in the role of president for Rotary Club of Turlock.
