Josh Cormier

Licensed since March 2017, Josh Cormier brings over 8 years of experience in Idaho real estate, including 5 years as a designated broker and owner of a franchise brokerage. Since entering the industry, he has helped more than 100 families and successfully closed transactions across a wide range of asset classes—including residential, land, and investment properties.

A proud alumnus of Boise State University (Class of 2015), Josh was raised in southern Ada County and now calls North Boise home. His deep local roots and broad market knowledge provide valuable insight and perspective to his clients.

Josh currently holds his license with Silvercreek Realty Group—Idaho’s #1 brokerage for 11 years running—and leads a dedicated team of 11 agents. Together, they focus on providing expert guidance, data-driven strategies, and exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond.

In addition to his real estate career, Josh is deeply involved in serving the industry and community. He actively volunteers to protect and promote real estate rights, ensuring long-term benefits for future generations. His leadership includes serving as the 2024 President of the REALTOR® Community Foundation, a current State Director for Idaho REALTORS®, and Vice President of the Board for Good Samaritan Home on State Street in Boise.

Outside of work, Josh is a proud dog dad to two beloved pups—Kiba, a Golden Retriever, and Koda, a rescued Yellow Lab—who keep him busy, grounded, and occasionally covered in fur.
