Joshua Hadder

Joshua Hadder specializes in Multi-Family investments and development land and has high level
experience in retail, office, and industrial properties; both sales and leasing. He takes an advisory
approach for clients owning, acquiring and leasing investment properties throughout Idaho and
surrounding states. With 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, developing and fostering
relationships, Joshua remains committed to serving his clients with excellence.
Joshua grew up in Portland, Oregon and later spent 13 years in Washington DC. While in DC, he earned
his business degree from George Mason University and spent time as an intern with the Apartment and
Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan Washington. He has worked in construction
management and development and brings a ground up understanding of ownership and operations.
Joshua is a proud father of his two children. He's an avid fly fisherman (formerly a fly fishing guide), is a
flower farm hobbyist and knows his way around a kitchen. He has visited 30+ countries and 50 states
which have given him friendships around the world.
