Joshua Singleterry

Josh Singleterry joined Newmark Moses Tucker Partners in 2018 as an associate director as part of a merger between Newmark Grubb Arkansas and Moses Tucker Real Estate. Mr. Singleterry had joined Newmark Grubb Arkansas as an associate in 2012 and transitioned to full-time brokerage three years later. Since then, he has successfully closed in excess of $20 million in transactions.
Prior to Newmark Grubb Arkansas, Mr. Singleterry was a lead appraiser at Butler Burgher Group, where he performed valuations for a variety of proposed and existing properties, including single and multi-tenant retail, office and industrial buildings, warehouses, shopping centers and net lease properties. During his tenure at BBG, Mr. Singleterry analyzed and valued over 150 net lease properties nationwide. Previously, Mr. Singleterry worked as a real estate analyst at Landauer Valuation & Advisory, a former division of Newmark Knight Frank. In this position, he gained experience in all areas of real estate valuation, including single asset and portfolio valuation, market analysis, feasibility studies, lease and cost analysis and highest and best use studies. Mr. Singleterry began his career in valuation in 2011 after nearly three years at First Commercial Bank. As an assistant vice president/branch manager and loan officer, he was responsible for deposit operations and originating consumer and commercial loans.
