About Joyce

I first got involved in real estate through buying and selling, and investing for my own family. Soon, I had friends asking me to represent them in transactions. But real estate is pretty complex and the turning point in my career took place after emersing myself in detailed trainings on representing buyers and selllers as a professional. Having learned the ins and outs of negotiations, I work with my clients' best interests in mind, from obtaining the best price for a property to getting the best price from the market for a seller. I also keep up with the market, the lending environment and interest rates.... As an agent, integrity and honesty characterize my relationship with my clients. I strive for a superior job, not just a competent one.

Having been on both sides as a client and an agent, I know first hand the challenges and road blocks facing my clients. I believe in supporting them at critical moments to insure their real estate experience is a successful, profitable and smooth one.

We are very grateful for Joyce Lee's help in our home purchase. At that time, we moved to San Jose from Pennsylvania. The housing price was much higher and we felt it would be very difficult to buy a home in San Jose. But Joyce had a good idea and helped us use our cash to find a co-op at below market price. We did just that and moved into a good area in San Jose (near Santana Row). In Nov, 2011, when the real estate market was at its lowest point, she helped us buy a single family house. After we moved into our new house, the market started to climb. In 2013, when the real estate prices had rebounded back up, she helped us sell our original condo. (By this time, the original co-op charter had been changed into a condo status.) We were able to realize over 64% return on our co-op investment. We are very happy with her and her service. First of all. Let me thank Joyce Lee for everything she have done for me. I was a first time buyer and I did not know what to do. so I started looking for broker. and whenever I would call them. they would make everything sound so complicated. But I came across Joyce Lee. I called her. and she was the most respectful and friendly Real Estate broker ever. she helped me buy a house. and I did not have to do much. the process was very smooth. Joyce Lee is always on time.
