I first met Judi Hansen when my son was looking for a house. As he was on a limited income, it was a challenge to find something affordable that was in a safe neighborhood and wasn't falling apart. Judi found a perfect house for us, reasonably priced, recently refurbished, in an established neighborhood. The whole transaction when swiftly and smoothly. Since then Judi has acted as the realtor in the sale of my brother in law's mother's house and a very good friend's mother's house. I recommended her in both cases, and again, the sales went smoothly and swiftly. Judi even helped out at an estate sale we had at my friend's mother's house. She was thoroughly professional and friendly at the same time. She really knows her business, and has a nice way of putting you at ease. I highly recommend her as an excellent realtor - S. A friend gave me Jud's name and was I ever happy I had her find me a new home and sell my existing house. I was looking to down size, both in house and yard. I gave Judi my specific needs whereby she primarily showed me homes that might work. It wasn't very long before we found a home which was perfect. Through the buying and selling process for both places, Judi answered all my questions, returned my many phone calls in a timely manner and generally made it easy to go through all the details. I have bought 3 houses thanks to her excellent and honest work. She is with you from the beginning of the process and before I met her, a friend told me about the hassle of buying a house, but I can not complain. Not even my friend believed me on how fast I went through all the papers with just the right person. She is more than the regular agent. She cares about you and the convenience of your investment. She looks for the lowest offers and helps you to negotiate as fast as she can do it to help you become the best candidate for the purchase of a house.She really went over my expectations about how much some people care about the client . Excellent work that made me go back again and ask for help in 2 more of my purchased houses. GOD BLESS HER .AND IF I HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY ANOTHER HOUSE I WILL NOT THINK TWICE IN ASKING HER FOR HELP. it is said that to all good people, only great things will come... Judi was a great choice in real estate agents. She had my townhouse sold in 3 weeks and for about 15 thousand more than I thought I could get. I was looking for a patio home in Oakmont Terrace in Modesto. I just missed a piece of property on Holly Oak. I asked Judi to keep an eye out for me, just in case a similar property came on the market. She called me within about a month. When I got off work I went and looked at property at 1812 Oak Leaf. I made an offer and the rest is history! Judi is very nice to work with and very professional. She is a good, hardworking and honest realtor. I truly would recommend her to all of my friends looking to buy or sell a home. The whole transaction was a pleasure!
