Julee Glynn

Julee is a native of Colorado and has been in the real estate industry since 1997. She enjoys collaborating with both sellers and buyers to help them move into the next phase of their life. Julee’s experience consists of not only helping sellers sell their current properties, buyers, whether new, or local transition out or into a property in our beautiful southwest area. She also has experience in land development and new construction working with many quality home builders in the Durango area. By just simply listening to the wants and needs of customers has allowed Julee to not only meet her client’s needs and wants but she has also gained many new friendships along the way. Her upbeat personality, respect for her clients and communication skills has allowed her to provide excellent customer service to her clients. Julee feels that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and investment decisions a person will make in their lifetime. She enjoys playing golf, boating, and spending time with her growing family. Julee is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a member of The Durango Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and is continuing education for a Colorado Real estate Specialist (CRS) designation.
