Julie Norris

Julie has worked in the real estate industry since April of 1991 with a local title company where she handled and closed a career’s worth of complex transactions spanning a period of twenty-eight years. After obtaining her real estate license and retiring from the title industry Julie has joined forces with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance as an Independent Broker specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting. .

While her real estate roots are in the title business, closing multiple types of transactions, Julie’s primary focus was on closing commercial transactions for the past eight years. It was during those years Julie came to realize her passion was to use that knowledge and those relationships to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling or leasing.

Julie and her family have made Northern Colorado their home for the past 29 years and enjoy the great outdoors. Julie is an Avid Sports fan! Supporting the Broncos, the Rockies and previously Furniture Row Racing.
