Julie’s was extremely helpful in a buy that I have last year . She was the seller and I was the buyer. She ended helping me in an issue more than that part that represented me . She showed respect and caress , very professional and has knowledge in everything related with real estate and property records. She knows this business inside and out. She can do about 10 things at once in 3 different languages. It's quite remarkable to watch her in action. To start off my review let me first tell you that my wife put me in charge of finding our next home. After pulling my hair out for months dealing with realtors that would never answer your phone and never follow up with me she suggested Julie’s Realty to me.

I wasn’t familiar with Julie before but boy let me tell you after me and my wife explained what we wanted Julie sent me a list of homes every single one of them better than the next.
After Viewing for homes we finally found the perfect one. We put in an offer $30,000 below asking price and the seller countered but Julie told us not to budge. At the end of the day we got the property $26,000 below asking price I am so grateful to her she’s excellent with her follow through and her customer service. A real winner!

Wow, My son purchased a condo in Miami from Julie's Realty and the experience and service were amazing. We were working directly with Julie, who was generous with her time as we visited a wide range of condos in many areas over several days. She was instrumental in guiding us through the tricky market to make an intelligent decision. Many agents would push towards the high end of the budget, but Julie helped us understand really great deals that were well under budget. Once the offer was made, the great service continued through and past closing, with Julie providing contacts with excellent, and economical vendors for all sorts of services, all of which were done quickly and in in budget. Honestly, as a remote buyer, this entire process would have taken twice as much time without an agent like this.

this realtor is point blank the best and most humble person I’ve ever met. If you’re young and don’t know what to do go to her! Especially with all these weird people at the beach, I finally found someone who is professional!

Not only was I 22, didn’t have much knowledge about apartments, never had an HOA, and didn’t know about appliances, Julie helped me every step of the way and most importantly kept in touch with me. She helped me find my first 1 bedroom apartment and guided me through my first HOA approval process. I am so lucky to have her as she made this process quick and easy. She even made sure before my first rent payment that I had everything I needed!

(Little did she know, I got my keys on my birthday (: nice 23rd gift to myself from her!)

I mean she isn’t someone to forget about her clients! I had issues with the appliances and she got the issue fixed within days! and I have never felt so comfortable with anyone and she gives hugs ! (: let’s not forget that I don’t know how to cook and she advised me to get hello fresh which I have now and I LOVE IT! she’s like my guardian angel lol

Julie and her team went above and beyond in making sure we closed on the house we wanted and in our terms. They are really on your side and work super fast! We wanted to have the house ready for our baby's first Christmas and we were able to close even before Thanksgiving. Most people say that our type of loan closes in 45 days, well, they closed it on 25 so kudos to them! Highly recommended!
