A Southern California girl, Karla was born and raised in Santa Barbara and moved to Long Beach to study Human Development at CSULB. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, she worked in the education sector as an academic advisor, so she is passionate about education. That passion for education transfers to working with her clients. She keeps you informed of the process every step of the way and answers any question you may have. A longtime resident and homeowner in Long Beach, Karla is very knowledgeable about Long Beach as well as the surrounding areas of Los Angeles and Orange County. As an active member of NAR and CAR, she adheres to a very high level of ethics and conduct.
