Kati Cattaneo’s love for real estate developed at an early age, having grown up in a family of real estate investors. She learned early on the importance of owning a home as not just an investment but as a sanctuary to cultivate the life that she always dreamed of. Now more than ever, it is important to have a safe space to call a home, office, school, or exercise studio.

Kati’s clients range from entertainment industry professionals to first time homebuyers and seasoned investors. As a result of her wide range of clients, she sells real estate from the trendy neighborhoods of East LA, the Hollywood Hills, the San Fernando valley, all the way to the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice.

Her clients love her for her reliability and responsiveness, tireless work ethic, genuine personality, and ability to go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met before, during and even after escrow. This has cultivated a client-base that is almost entirely based on referrals.

Kati grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and moved to Los Angeles in 2008 to attend college and play NCAA Division I volleyball at USC. She is newly married to a Los Angeles builder who she also flips houses with and is currently working on a residential development in Brentwood.
