Kathrine Pederson

Katie O’Shea Pederson was in the land of network and information security for most of her career. She loved taking time out of her day-to-day business to share security war stories and thrived on deepening her understanding of an overly complex industry. She valued helping companies figure out the best way to solve security problems or increase their security posture.

Today, she’s taking that passion for technology and turning it in a new direction, Real Estate. Her sales style was rooted in customer service and doing right by her customers and her employers. She still has those foundational beliefs, and they will only add to her ability to represent you in your real estate transactions.

As a lifelong Minneapolis resident, she has a keen understanding of her local market, neighborhoods, and the network to get things done in any economic condition.

Katie finds she’s at her peak during happy hour or while eating a very hearty breakfast. Everyone works better with a full stomach.
