Kathryn Beck

I think real estate is in my genes. My father was a real estate broker for years, so I grew up knowing about houses, and sales. He started a Title Company which I managed for 20 years, so I have a good understanding of the full process of buying and selling, financing and closing. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, as well as real estate and mortgage professionals.

I have been licensed in Maryland for over 30 years, and in Delaware for 4 years. My experience in the profession, as well as my people skills and leadership have helped me to reach my goal of being a dedicated and excellent agent, and I have many happy clients. I like to work with people who want to purchase a second home or investment property in Ocean City or the Fenwick Island or Bethany Beach coast. This area has also grown as a great retirement community. I know I have the expertise, the resources, and the training from Long and Foster to take you on a journey to a successful sale!
