Kay Watson

With over 38 years of experience in the real estate industry Kay brings a strong commitment of service to her clients. She believes that success depends on taking care of every detail of the transaction. Her strong work ethic, concern, compassion, patience, and respect for every client attribute to her success. She has served as President of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association and the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Her involvement in the real estate industry on the local, state, and national level brings a wealth of knowledge to each transaction. In 2007 she was the National Association of REALTORS® Liaison to Housing and Diversity. She is a strong advocate for housing and the protection of private property rights for everyone.

She believes in giving back to her community and engages in the Littleton Public Schools Foundation Board, the City of Littleton advocating for Smart Growth and attainable housing, Advocates for Children, and her local church.
