Kelly Swift

Fourteen years ago, Kelly made the choice to leave her job as a litigation paralegal to become a full-time real estate agent. It was the best choice she has ever made! Real estate is truly her passion. She has had the pleasure of helping people lay down roots all across Northern Colorado and as a result, she has become an expert in the local real estate market. She serves all of Northern Colorado, but most regularly serves Fort Collins, Windsor, Timnath, Loveland, Severance, Johnstown, and Wellington.

Kelly holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. She also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
