Ken Davis

Ken Davis has been working in the commercial real estate industry since August of 2000. Ken began his career with Moultray and Associates, Inc. (2000-2004) after being recruited from his Regional Position with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he achieved top sales honors from 1997-2000.
In 2004, Ken became the in-house underwriter at First American Title Company in Yakima County. This was an invaluable experience as he was able to expand his knowledge base in the realms of market research, land entitlements, and development as well as grow his network of developers, contractors, government officials, and attorneys who play vital roles in the commercial real estate industry. During his time there, he was on the board of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) as well as becoming a Limited Practice Officer (LPO) a designation given by the Washington State Bar Association. Ken was the senior underwriter for First American Title Company of Yakima County until April of 2008.
Although very happy with his position at First American, Ken’s love for commercial brokerage could not be ignored and he rejoined the newly merged firm of Heritage Moultray Real Estate Services in April of 2008. Since Re-entering the brokerage field, Ken has worked with clients such as Grocery Outlet, BrightNow Dental, URM Stores, Planet Fitness, Carl’s Jr., Chipotle, Burger King, Fred Meyer Stores, Popeye’s, and several other national and regional tenants and developers. Ken has been a consistent top producer with sales honors within his firm in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
