If you are in need of a professional passionate realtor then Kendra is your realtor. She did a phenomenal job. We were able to find a home that suited us. Kendra is amazing, we bought a home in December 2024 and started knowing nothing about the buying process, she was very informative and made sure we went into each and every step knowing what was going on, She was truly a Godsent to us. Kendra is a beast! We were first time home owners and had NO IDEA what selling a house entailed. Kendra initiated every aspect of the sell. She coordinated everything from start to finish, and was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped us work with several contractors to fix carpeting and plumbing, and made sure those projects were done fast and right! She really did do all the leg work and I feel like we got spoiled!

Beyond business Kendra is a gem. She is a wonderful human being and you always feel better after being around her. She will make this process easier than you ever could have imagined.

Kendra was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very attentive and always available for my millions if questions! She was patient with the process as it took a long time to lock in a house, but her positive attitude never changed! She was always on time to showings and was happy to show us as many listing as it took. Once we found a house she kept us on track checking in weekly to ensure we were on schedule and knew the next steps! I've bought and sold a couple handfuls of times over the years.... Sometimes with a realtor, sometimes without. I've built from an empty lot to the finished house.....

Hands down, Kendra was the biggest asset I've ever had in the purchase of my home, and she's changed the way I look at having the help of a realtor.

Even knowing everything about the process of the home sale, or the intricacies of the build, there's always that factor of being "emotionally involved" with a home - and that's where Kendra took the wheel. She helped me see past the excitement to steer me in the right direction for my family.

Kendra became my eyes - looking at the telltale cracks in the ceiling while I was falling in love with the backyard. She was pointing out that I didn't want a huge backyard as I was gazing at the master bedroom. She kept me on track and without her I probably would have made a big mistake in my purchase.

Not only did she research the viewings so I didn't waste my time on something that didn't fit my vision, but she kept steady through to the end of the purchase transaction. And then, she continued to follow up throughout and after my move!

I had a problem within weeks of moving in, and Kendra was there to help, even though there was no benefit to be had to herself. She helped me when I couldn't do it myself.

And for all that she's done I will forever be in her debt. Seriously, even though we didn't know it at the time, she was a part of my 2020 blessing, and without all of her help I might have fallen apart. Thank you, Kendra! 💜
