Kenneth first moved to Colorado in 1982 and attended Evergreen High School, just west of Denver. Kenneth has been a licensed Realtor in Northern Colorado since graduating from Colorado State University in 1991 with a degree in real estate. For most of that time, Kenneth has helped hundreds of military families with their move into and out of the area. Kenneth is also a member of the Fort Collins, Colorado and National Association of Realtors and has held the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designations. Some of the awards Kenneth has received over the years include Coldwell Banker's Diamond Society (top 8% of the Coldwell Banker agents worldwide), Sterling Society and Newcomer of the Year.
Kenneth has a teenage daughter, Morgan, who was born in 2003. Kenneth is an avid runner and has been on the board of the Fort Collins Running Cub since 2011, where they have seen their membership grow from 100 to 1,000 members. Kenneth was on the board for his subdivision HOA and involved with the local Jaycees prior to that, as well as a charity that provided running shoes to needy kids in the area who otherwise couldn't afford them. Kenneth managed to qualify for and run in the New York and Boston marathons. However, that was 10 years and almost 50 pounds ago, so these days Kenneth simply runs for fun. Whenever time permits, Kenneth enjoys hanging out with his daughter, attending concerts and doing some traveling, usually via cruises.
