Kevin did a fantastic job and made the entire process of both selling and buying a new home incredibly simple; all with us being out of state. He truly went above and beyond when preparing and showing our home. He had an open house every weekend until the house was sold and kept us updated every step of the way. Kevin helped us navigate finding and purchasing the perfect home. He even checked on BOTH of our houses to search for damage after the hurricanes had went through town in late September. He was personable, reliable, detail oriented and the best realtor we have worked with. We would recommend his services anytime.

I first met Kevin Gendreau on November 19, 2022. I was staying with a friend in her new house in a golf community just south of Orlando and we walked in her neighborhood daily. One day, we walked by a house that I just fell in love with, but upon checking it out on Zillow, I learned that there was a sale pending. However, 2 days later, I had the notion to re-check on it and it was back on the market. I immediately called the realtor, Kevin, and was told that the financing had fallen through. Kevin was happy to set up an appt. for me the next day, an hour before he would be holding an open house. My husband and I became very interested in putting in an offer for it. I was leaving to go home to the Northeast the next day, and my husband was not even in FL to see the house. However, he loved what he heard about it from me and from the photos, so once we agreed to make the offer that day, Kevin took plenty of time to speak with him on the phone to answer all of his many questions and help us with the pre-approval process. Over the next month, Kevin was extremely helpful, always polite and professional, yet personable and knowledgeable throughout each step of the way. He was responsive to all of our many questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he would find out. He kept us on track with all of the many tasks necessary to close on a house located 2000+ miles away from our home within a month’s time. We would highly recommend working with Kevin to anyone thinking of buying or selling their house. His dedication to his job is commendable
