Kevin Hurley

Kevin has been active in Investment Real Estate since 1996. Prior to joining KW Commercial and founding the Bridge Investment Group, he worked at Marcus & Millichap and Hendricks & Partners and has consistently been recognized as one of the top agents in Southern California with an emphasis on Multi-Family Investments in the San Gabriel Valley. His career has awarded him both local and national honors as a top producing investment specialist. Kevin’s expertise has helped clients achieve their real estate investment goals from the institutional, large private client or individual level.

Kevin has a strong background in real estate management and finance, and is responsible for providing his clients with current market knowledge and up-to-date information on market trends. In addition, he is accountable for all promotional activities, contract preparation, negotiations, due diligence, arranging financing and coordinating the closing of transactions.

After graduating from St. Francis High School in La Canada, Kevin attended Washington State University where he studied Business Management.
